German Style Potatoes
Before WWII potatoes cut and prepared this way. During the War the name was changed, it's still call this by my family.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice the potatoes into rounds/ medallions. I had the drippings from some ovenburgers I made. Add potatoes to the hot drippings and fry till crispy and golden.
* Step 2
Set aside and serve with Heinz tomato ketchup or malt vinegar. I hope you enjoy!!
