Rosemary, Thyme Fried Chicken Skins
You make a recipe, you want homemade stock. So you get chicken thighs skin on bone in. Boil the thighs in spices and herbs. Take skin off and remove the bones. Discard the skins? Nah fry them up!!! My granddaughters love them.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the broth ingredients to a pot add water. Boil the chicken remove the skins. Allow the broth to drain from skins. Heat oil and fry.
* Step 2
Move to a plate and sprinkle lightly with salt. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!!
