Lima Beans and Shallots

Lima beans are the foods of the Native Americans. Just a simple recipe from natural places!!

Ingredient

1 pound

lima beans

1/4 pound

smoked pork

To taste

salt

1/3 stick

butter

1-1/4 cup

water divided

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thinly slice the shallots. Heat the beans and smoked pork. Add 1/4 cup water. Cook covered till water is absorbed, and beans are slightly browned.

Add water, butter, and shallots. Deglaze the pan with the remaining water. Cook 7-10 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
