Ingredient

purple cabbage

1 cup

walnuts

1 teaspoon

sesame seed oil

3 tablespoons

sour cream

1/3 cup

maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 cup

mayonnaise

1/2 cup

raisins

As needed

nonstick spray

1/4 cup

rice vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spray a deep pan with nonstick spray. Cut the cabbage into strips. Add to the pan with salt, oil and raisins. Then sauté for 12 minutes.

* Step 2

Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the sunflower seeds, and remove from heat. Keep covered till ready to serve.
