Saffron Yellow Rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Divide half the saffron threads crush half the saffron. Add the hot water to all the saffron.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot. Add the onion and sauté the onions for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
When the onion is caramelized a bit, add the rice. Sauté the rice for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Add the saffron water and pour all over the top of the rice.
* Step 5
Add the broth and stir well mixing it up good. Let it get to a steady boil.
* Step 6
Turn the heat to a simmer covered, cook till the rice is done.
* Step 7
Fluff with a fork serve I hope you enjoy!!!
