Fruit Buckle
I was walking outside and saw that the pears were ready and the pineapple was ripened also. I remembered I had apples and peaches in the fridge. I thought, yep buckle time again.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Slice and chop the pineapple fine.
* Step 4
Mix the crust ingredients.
* Step 5
Peel and slice the peaches and Apples.
* Step 6
Mix the crust ingredients.
* Step 8
Push and level in an oven safe heated skillet.
* Step 9
Add the fruits to the buckle. Push the fruit into the buckle dough. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.
* Step 10
Take the granola mix and sprinkle on top.
* Step 11
It's ready to go into the oven for an hour.
* Step 12
Serve after resting for 10 minutes.
