Creamy Cavatappi with pulled Pork
Leftover Boston Butt pork roast sometimes you just don't want barbecue sauce...
The pork was so tender it melts in your mouth.
Ingredient

8-10 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook the pasta as instructed on package with the water and salt.
* Step 3
Heat a deep pan with the oil. Add the pork. Sauté for 6 minutes.
* Step 4
Add the spices and flour. Cook the flour for 5 minutes.
* Step 8
Scrap the bottom well to get the crunchyness off the bottom. Add more pepper to taste.
* Step 9
Keep stirring constantly it will thicken when it is like you like it add the pasta and carefully mix.
* Step 10
I spooned the pasta in from the liquids.
