Creamy Cavatappi with pulled Pork

Leftover Boston Butt pork roast sometimes you just don't want barbecue sauce... The pork was so tender it melts in your mouth.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8-10 servings
2 quarts

water

1/2 teaspoon

kosher salt

2 tablespoons

vegetable oil

1 teaspoon

Hungarian paprika

1 quart

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the pasta as instructed on package with the water and salt.

* Step 2

Shred the pork.

* Step 3

Heat a deep pan with the oil. Add the pork. Sauté for 6 minutes.
