Chicken and Salad
A simple delicious light lunch.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit
* Step 2
Heat a skillet very hot with oil. Season the chicken with salt, garlic and paprika
* Step 3
Add the Seasoned chicken to the skillet
* Step 4
Add the mustard, honey, and ketchup. after the chicken has been in the hot skillet for 15 minutes on heat, put in oven.
* Step 7
Measure the granola with nuts.
* Step 8
Add to the salad and add tomatoes
* Step 10
Add dressing and serve. I hope you enjoy!!
