Gochujang Pork

Gochujang Pork

This fiery pork dish is a simple delicious recipe. I get a craving for gochujang paste this is why I made this and wanted to share with you.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings
1/2 pound

pork loin

1 tablespoon

ginger paste

1/2 teaspoon

ground white pepper

1 tablespoon

prepared Horseradish

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 teaspoon

rice wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon

sesame oil

4 tablespoon

butter

1 pound

broccoli

as needed

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thinly slice the pork. Slice the onion and carrots thinly.

* Step 2

Add pork and all the marinade ingredients to a bag and seal for two hours. Make sure all the pork is coated with the gochujang paste.

Add enough oil to wet the bottom of pan. Heat and add everything in the bag for marinating.

Stirfry for 7 minutes. Cover Stirring often and simmer till pork is done..

Steam the broccoli, butter, and salt about middle of cooking time. This will vary depending on your desired doneness of broccoli.

Serve the pork on top of broccoli.
