Drunken Beef and Onions

So very tender and flavorful!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 375 degrees Fahrenheit

* Step 2

Remove silver skin membrane and slice into medallions. Season the beef. Salt, pepper, and garlic.

* Step 3

Cover the bottom of a 10 inch oven safe Dish.

* Step 4

Cover with half the onion, half the raisins.

* Step 5

Add rest of meat, onions, and raisins. Add sliced carrot.

* Step 6

Season with seasoned salt. Add Bay leaves. Add wine and broth

* Step 7

Put into oven for 1-1/2 hours

* Step 8

Add butter pats and put back in for 1 hour

* Step 9

Take out of oven and let rest keep covered 1 hour at least.

* Step 10

Serve after reheating.
