Pork Stirfry

Ingredient

5 pounds

pork loin

4 pounds

mix vegetables

1 tablespoon

salt

1 teaspoon

white pepper

2/3 cup

white wine

1 teaspoon

ginger powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the pork very thinly, slicing against the grain of meat. Then season with ginger, half the salt, half the garlic, and all the pepper. Marinate with wine and olive oil for 30-40 minutes.

Stirfy with marinade. When done remove pork from the liquids and set aside.

Add vegetable to liquids. Add rest of salt and garlic. Add the coconut aminos. Cook vegetables till your desired doneness. I like my vegetable be just a bit crunchy because the pork is so tender.

Add the pork to vegetables stirring together till pork is heated thru.
