Root beer roast

Delicious, so tender so full of subtle flavors. Nothing overwhelming the other flavors. The skin is so full of flavors. Its something to experience i wish i could send to everyone who follows me!

Ingredient

Food ration :

12 servings
20 ounces

root beer

2 tablespoons

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 390 degrees Fahrenheit

* Step 2

Heat roaster or pan

* Step 3

Cross hatch score the pork skin and use half the salt. Pour the root beer over th top.

* Step 4

Salt the top with the rest of salt cover the roaster and put in oven.

Roast in oven for 3 hours make sure the skin fat side is up.

* Step 6

Add golden apple, and carrots, cook uncovered for 30 minutes. Then cover another 30 minutes.

Chop lettuce and add pork carrots and apples on top. Serve hope you enjoy!
