1 medium

avocado

3 tbsp

margarine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan melt the margarine

* Step 2

Cut the avocado in half remove the seed. Cube it and put into margarine and sauté. Cook 2 minutes

Beat 5 eggs and add to avocado. Scramble till done add blue cheese let melt hope you enjoy!
