Annatto chicken and rice stoup

Soup and stew, not as thick as stew, not as thin as soup, but right in the middle stoup.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the chicken with salt, and annatto powder

* Step 2

Boil 30 minutes. remove 5 breast of chicken. use for another recipe. shred the chicken add back to pot.

* Step 3

Add rice cook covered for 25 minutes. Make cornstarch water solution. Mix them together till it looks like milk

* Step 4

Add cornstarch solution stir it will thicken quickly so stir well. You may not need all of it, start with half add more if needed.

* Step 5

Turn heat off after you get the thickness desired hope you enjoy!
