Cooking instructions
* Step 1
take the chicken slice into half inch wide strips mash the tofu mixall ingredients together making sure all the chicken is coated
* Step 2
put into refrigerator for an hour
* Step 3
mix the cornstarch and egg together after chicken is out of refrigerator add the cornstarch and egg mixture to chicken and marinade coating all the marinade with cornstarch mixture
* Step 4
Deep fry in the vegetable oil serve with peppers or by its self or add hoisin sauce and chopped nuts on a steamed bao bun
