Cooking instructions
* Step 1
boil water with all spices broth and oil
* Step 2
just as craters are forming for water to evaporate add peas stir into rice cover wait 3 minutes with cover on remove from heat wait 20 minutes before removing lid dont disturb you lid it will finish cooking from residual heat enjoy
