chop the shallots finely cool the butter till thicken just a bit still warm to your hand

add shallots to butter stir because the shallots will stick together and clump
* Step 4
after the butter is really thick shake container well so the shallots are everywhere in the butter let harden freeze or refrigerate keep as long as regular butter
* Step 5
the freezer speeds up this process
