Cooking instructions
* Step 1
peel and chop the aubergine chop cabbage into inch by inch squares
* Step 2
put into a Zip loc bag add spices amd olive oil
* Step 3
in a pan heat ghee ad onions and potatoes let fry till a slight skin on potatoes form add all ingredients except water amd cornstarch
* Step 4
let simmer till liquid forms almost covering vegetables add cornstarch solution stir let thicken serve
