Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put cubed fish into nonreative dish mix in thinly sliced onions salt and lime juice mix well cover with plastic wrap. refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no more than 3 hours it's best when fresh.

* Step 2

Needs to be a white fish sushi grade can add shrimp or substitute shrimp for fish the smaller the cubes of fish the quicker the "cooking" time. white wine about 1/4cup can be used with the lime juice.

* Step 3

Can be served with sweet potatoes or choclo a white Peruvian corn kernels are about the size of dimes.

* Step 4
