Carrot Coconut Donut cake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With a hand mixer beat the eggs with the sugar until it doubles in size and become white then add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract,the yogurt rebeat
* Step 2
Add the carrot, Coconut,mix then add flour+baking powder +salt and sift.
* Step 3
Well everything is well mixed. Grease your donut pan of 35 cm with oil and coat with flour dust off the excess out pour the batter in. And sprinkle some toasted flaky almonds and chocolate chip.
* Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean 350 fahrenheit 180°C.
* Step 5
When the cake is completely baked let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then serve with coffee or milk.
