Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan; add jeera, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, mace, star anise and saute for 30 seconds.
Add onion, green chillis and saute till translucent.
* Step 2
Now add garlic, ginger, kasuri methi, chilli, coriander, haldi, jeera powder, amchur, salt and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 3
Add blanched palak and saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Now add tomato pure and saute for a few minutes.
Add the boiled chole and cook till all the spices and palak are well cooked about 15 minutes on low to medium heat.
* Step 5
Adjust the gravy and seasoning.
Serve with naan, rice and roti.
