Oatmeal smoothie

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving
1 cup

water

1 tablespoon

flax seed

1 tablespoon

raw cacao powder

1/3 teaspoon

cinnamon powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the oat in water for 10 minutes then drain and wash

* Step 2

In blender add oat and nuts and cup of water all the ingredients on top and blend until everything is nicely mixed and combined

* Step 3

Serve in glass and enjoy garnished with sprinkles roasted old fashioned rolled oat enjoy
