Homemade Mayonnaise

Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredient

1 tbsp

Lemon juice

1 tbsp

Vinegar

1/2 tsp

Salt

1 cup

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First blend the egg yolk with the rest of the ingredients except the oil till it becomes frothy

* Step 2

Add the oil in verrryyy gradually snd slowly. If you add it in suddenly the mayonnaise will become runny

* Step 3

Keep blending till it becomes thick like mayonnaise

* Step 4

If your mayonnaise does end up becoming runny in another bowl blend another egg till frothy then add in the runny mixture gradually till thick
