Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1 quart serves 4 portions
* Step 2
At 9 am Put on stove in a flat bottom kettle just cover with cold water let simmer over fire heat until noon.
* Step 3
Add rest of ingredients let simmer as before until 6 o clock.
* Step 4
Strain and let sit overnight
* Step 5
Skim off grease and stock is ready to use as a foundation for cream soups.
