Pecan Cinnamon Shortbread Bars
I love shortbread just plain. But when I want to add in delectable flavors I whip up this batch. I hope you'll make these tasty shortbread bars and enjoy the great cinnamon flavor.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Mix in vanilla and cinnamon.
* Step 3
Mix in flour until just incorporated then gently fold in pecans.
* Step 4
Press dough into a well buttered 8"x8" baking pan.
* Step 5
Cook in a preheated 350°F fahrenheit oven for 50 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
* Step 6
Remove from oven, score top with a sharp knife into 9 sections.
* Step 7
Sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
* Step 8
Let come to room temperature, then cut through on scored lines. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
