Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the mangoes

* Step 2

Mixer: 4tsp coconut + 2 tsp rasam powder +1 red chilli + turmeric+water. Grind it.

* Step 3

In pan add oil + mustard seeds +urrad dal + curry leaves + Channa dal+ hing+mango +step 2 mixer ingredients and sauté for 5 mins adding jaggery and salt.

* Step 4

Add coriander leaves on the top for aroma and flavor. Serve this with rice or Roti.
