Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a 2 quart sauce pan with a lid add rice, water, onion, and butter. Heat over medium heat until water is absorbed and rice is tender.

* Step 2

In a small skillet heart Beef Chorizo thoroughly. (Do not drain)

* Step 3

When rice is ready stir in tomatoes, beans, and corn to the rice. Heat covered on low.

* Step 4

Pour beef chorizo over rice mixture. Stir to combine.

Serve warm in a bowl.

* Step 6

Topping ideas: Pico De Gallo, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, tortilla strips / frito chips, black olives, green onions, Top it with your favorites.
