* Step 1

Heat the butter over med-high heat in a non-stop skillet. Once it's melted and hot, add in the diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Let cook, undisturbed for 3-5 minutes, then flip around so that they color evenly.

Potatoes are done when they are golden and fork tender. Remove them to a towel lined plate to get rid of some of the excess grease. Then serve and enjoy!
