Macaroni Salad

Macaroni Salad

When you have onions and celery growing out of your ears toss them into a salad dish!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

6 stalks

celery

2 tablespoons

yellow mustard

1 1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 tablespoon

apple cider vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water then add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes

* Step 2

Rinse pasta with cold water

* Step 3

Put in a large bowl or if you have kid helpers a big stockpot for easier stirring

* Step 4

Dice your celery, onions and add to macaroni

* Step 5

Deseed bell pepper and dice then add to macaroni

* Step 6

Dice boiled eggs, add to macaroni

* Step 7

Add peas still frozen to macaroni

* Step 8

Stir gently

* Step 9

Add carrots, i did just enough to color accent

* Step 10

Gently stir

* Step 11

In a small bowl, add dressing ingredients and mix well

* Step 12

Fold into macaroni mixture

* Step 13

Chill 4 hours and serve
