Spinach stir fry (cheera masiyathu)
This recipe is again from my mom’s list.she makes it with red spinach.since I couldn’t get red spinach,I managed with green ones.it’s a side dish for rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the chopped spinach and onion using hand,slightly crushing.
* Step 2
Heat a wok,add oil,when hot,add sliced chilli s and sauté for few seconds.add the mixed spinach and onion.mix well.add turmeric powder and salt.add 2 tbspn of water and mix well.
* Step 3
Cover and cook in Low heat till spinach is well done.remove lid and mix well,cook for few more minutes till there is no water content.mix well and serve hot as side dish
* Step 4
Serve with. Rice,and your choice of main dish with gravy
