Homemade Ching’s Chinese basket noodles

Chinese food had always been my mostly craved food.be it spring rolls,fried rice,hakka noodles,Manchurian,egg drop soup,chicken lollipops etc.
Tip of the day:- to set the noodles basket easily first set a layer of cling wrap in a bowl prior adding noodles so that it makes easier later on to remove the basket from the bowl ..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly paraboil noodles as per the pack instructions strainer the water & run the noodles under tap water remove excess water.further drizzle oil & sprinkle salt in noodles toss it finally add cornflour it helps to bind now pick a deep curry bowl press noodles with fingers to inner walls of the bowl & add a layer in centre of the bowl gradually cover it well from inside with noodles.
* Step 2
Simply pop the bowl in refrigerator until set.besides chop veggies & sauté them with sauces for 2 minutes let the crisp of veggies alive do not over cook.add salt & pepper.it’s ready to fill the basket prior serving.finally remove the bowl from the refrigerator carefully remove the bowl and using a frying spoon net fry the basket from outside at first
* Step 3
Once the basket holds its shape while frying from outside drop it completely in oil to fry from inside as well.once it is deep fried golden from inside out remove it & set on a wire rack to remove the excess oil for about 10 minutes.
* Step 4
It’s the moment of truth take the fried noodles basket fill it with sautéed veggies garnish with carrots peals for appealing presentation.serve it immediately as the filling of veggies may make its inside part soggy.this born appetite noodles basket is relished crispy with combination of sautéed veggies..!
