Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & soaked basmati rice for about an hour besides cook mutton with salt, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste until it’s tender set aside with its soup.further take a nonstick wok add oil and drop chopped onions sauté until golden then add tomatoes and all spices cover it & cook for 3 minutes then add whisked yoghurt and cook until oil separates & add the mutton with soup.
* Step 2
Finally add water according to the quantity of rice once the water starts to boil pop in the rice carefully mix everything and cover the dish then let it cook until rice is cooked completely.then let it steam for more 3-5 minutes on low flame burner and it’s done serve it after 5-10 minutes.
* Step 3
Our delicious Hyderabadi mutton tahari for lunch is ready to relish with cucumber raita & salad..!
