Mutton pasanda gravy

#cookpadindia #toc2 As we all are well aware of the fact that Nuts are very healthy and beneficial hence,if these are added to a gravy it gives a nice texture and rich taste as well.I have prepared this curry in my style…! Note :- onions can be caramelized and blended with nuts paste .

Ingredient

35-40 minutes
700 grams

mutton in bone

1/2 cup

yoghurt

2 tablespoons

cashews

1 tablespoon

charoli seeds

2 tablespoons

almonds

1-1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1-1/2 teaspoon

ginger garlic paste

1-1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

kasuri methi

4 tablespoons

oil

2-3 springs

mint leaves

as required

Water for cooking

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly dry roast all nuts once it’s cool down to room temperature blend it’s fine paste set aside next whisk yoghurt and let’s start cooking in a Kadhai add oil and chopped onions sauté until golden brown then add the mutton and ginger garlic paste cook for 1 minute and add all nuts & yoghurt paste,all spices further at this point cook the gravy very well until raw smell disappears completely if required add splash of water in between but cook all gravy perfectly until oil separates.

Then add a glass of water set it on low flame burner until mutton is nice & tender.finally add lime juice coriander & mint leaves and adjust the consistency of the gravy it’s kind of medium thick consistency.cook until oil separates a layer and it’s ready can be served with white rice or chapati …!
