A scrumptious & inviting dessert which is instantly prepared with few available pantry staples.do try & relish it..!
Note:- once the sugar syrup is done I have removed & discarded the cardamoms pods if powder is added no need to worry.next is if we need to use this dessert for few days don’t add mawa .only add while serving..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly spread slices of bread or use stale bread will be much easier slice them in two pieces set aside.roughly chop nuts for garnishing.further prepare a sugar syrup once the sugar melts add milk then add cardamoms and saffron let it boil now add food color & sweetened condensed milk mix well and switch off the flame burner by the time it’s warm.will fry slices of bread until golden.
* Step 2
In an open cookware once the bread is fried immediately dip it in sugar syrup for few seconds remove it and set in a dish gradually prepare all in similar fashion.finally if the syrup is leftover drizzle over the slices garnish with chopped nuts & saffron.
* Step 3
Our drooling & inviting double ka meetha / shahi tukde is ready to relish..!
