Raw mins kebabs are always a perfect choice to try .just marinate it well and roast & smoke. Goes well with white rice and dal fry ..!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash & clean mins well drain away all the water well. Besides roast gram flour until raw smell disappears. (Note:- gram flour helps in binding the kebabs material in case if you skip can use cornflour as well with similar quantity for binding.) further take a bowl pop in mins & all spices,ingredients marinate it with a cling wrap.
* Step 2
Then simply take a nonstick griddle prepare kebabs balls and slightly press them in between our palms set it for roasting drizzle oil cover it for 3-4 minutes to roast them well until golden on both sides then make a foil cup Burn a charcoal coin add some ghee & smoke it covered for 3 minutes.
* Step 3
Pop it on a serving plate Garnish with sliced onions and coriander leaves serve it with white rice & dal fry.
