Schezwan macaroni with capsicum

It’s good for hunger pangs and late night snack .I personally love to toss it with simple yet delicious seasoning with schezwan chutney and just add a capsicum with salt & pepper..! Let’s get started:-

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10-15 minutes
1/2 packet

emirates macaroni

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper powder

as needed

Water

1 1/2 teaspoon

schezwan chutney

2 tablespoons

olive oil

1 tablespoon

vinegar(optional)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

According to pack instructions it’s just boil it with salt. But I love to boil adding,salt,turmeric powder,black pepper it enhances the taste of macaroni. With water as per pack instructions..!

* Step 2

Once it is boiled it takes around 6-8 minutes then drain the excess water. Further in a Kadhai add olive oil and then pop in the macaroni with chopped capsicum,schezwan chutney, coriander leaves. Toss it well for maybe another 3-4 minutes and it’s done.

* Step 3

Just pop it on a serving plate and drop tomato ketchup for serving. Our deliciously awesome schezwan macaroni with capsicum is ready to enjoy hot & spicy...!
