As it’s a saying ‘Eat with your eyes first’ similarly I thought to give a new look as in it looks tempting and inviting while it’s on serving plate . As the name itself defines it looks magical kind of inviting dish with coloured Maggi . All kids and adults can be in treat for this snack meal .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & Peel potatoes chop them in long & 1/2 inch thick fries. Drop it in very chilled water for 10 minutes besides in a plate add cornflour & peri peri mix

* Step 2

Mix both dry ingredients and now toss potatoes fries and coat them well. Further set oil to become hot and pop fries and fry until golden and remove it. Gradually prepare all fries. Our crispy delicious fries are ready.

Boil half cake Maggi for 2 minutes then add Maggi masala seasoning,red food colour & let it almost dry and off the flame.

Our tempting Maggi is ready. Each one of you must be definitely In treat for trying out this Maggi with peri peri fries in my style. Just plate it center I have added fries and besides Maggi rolled with fork spoon and added garlic mayonnaise topping.
