#givingtuesdays #givingbacktocommunity #week1 A dish to relish in breakfast or brunch meal . Shakshuka Is typically a North African & Arab cuisine and is traditionally served in a cast iron pan. And it has many variations in countries accordingly. It’s a quick & healthy go to recipe can be enjoyed with hot parathas,chapatis or toasted bread.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

10-15 minutes
1/2 teaspoon

cumin seeds (zeera)

2 tablespoons

oil

1 teaspoon

coriander powder

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

tomato paste

1 tablespoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take non-stick pan add in oil then add zeera sauté few seconds then add diced onions & ginger garlic paste sauté until onions are soften now add in the chopped tomatoes, chopped capsicums, red chilli powder,coriander powder mix it

* Step 2

Now add salt,tomato paste keep stirring to mix well then add chopped coriander & mint leaves & butter make three parts in gravy further crack eggs in three circles.

Cover it & cook on low flame burner for around 3-5 minutes off the flame the eggs must be cooked perfectly then sprinkle some dried parsley for seasoning & spring onions.

Just slice it & serve it hot...!

This can be best enjoyed with hot parathas for breakfast meal..!
