Sweet potatoes kheer

300 grams

Sweet potatoes

3 tablespoons

ghee

1 cup

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

cardamoms powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First thing first wash nicely & Peel the sweet potatoes chopped them roughly take any heavy bottom vessel add ghee then pop in the chopped sweet potatoes make sure no water must be added cover the lid & it will be steamed in The vessel just by using a kitchen towel turn it with lid covered to sides & tap it up & on the counter set it on stove cook till it’s soften

Besides prepare cardamom powder with some sugar set aside & set milk for boiling on low flame in a nonstick wok further the sweet potatoes looks like so in the picture while soften

Now will mash it well as shown in the picture boil milk until it’s 70% left scrape the sides fore the thick layer of Malai now add strands of saffron, sugar,cardamoms powder & add the mashed sweet potatoes accordingly in milk keep stirring to check the thickness & if it’s enough stop adding it this comes out like the texture of a rabdi.

Once it’s ready garnish it with nuts & enjoy it warm or cold accordingly looks awesome Alhumdulillah...!
