Semolina & dal mash dosa..!

Basically dosa is a south India recipe which everyone loves to enjoy. I tried with a twist to this regular dosa recipe it turned out to be delicious..! Do give it a try & share your experience. Let's get started #tech1

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

Cooking time :

15-20 minutes
1 cup

semolina

As per taste

salt

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

As required

soda optional

1/2 teaspoon

ginger garlic paste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix semolina batter in that add all ingredients then add the regular dal mash dosa batter while both batter is mixed & ready, set aside for 10-15 minutes then while preparing adjust the consistency to watery kind as we prepare semolina dosa.

Now on preheated tawa drizzle few drops of water & oil then wipe it then unlike regular dosa batter in this we will sprinkle the batter using hand as in semolina dosa once you added let it cook covered for 3-4 minutes on low flame while the sides are golden drizzle some oil then flip to other side for 2 minutes.

Once it is cooked both sides remove it gradually prepare all it’s awesome in taste & serve it hot with any coconut chutney or mint chutney either & enjoy..!
