Mutton curry Tomato mutton gravy

Basically it’s a regular meal menu. I added a twist for a change of taste in curry . It goes well with khichdi & chapati either. Do try & enjoy.

Ingredient

100 gram

Mutton

1/2 teaspoon

Kasuri methi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pressure cooker add in mutton, chopped onions, tomatoes all spices & oil. leaving coriander leaves & coconut powder, Garam masala powder

* Step 2

Once added all ingredients add a glass of water cover it & let it cook till 3-4 whistles

* Step 3

Uncover the lid & fry till oil separates then add Garam masala powder,coriander leaves & desiccated coconut powder add half cup of water adjust the consistency you like then cook for five minutes open & it’s ready...!!
