Tortilla Soup

Easy to make when you are looking for a quick soup on those cool evening!

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 to 8 servings

Cooking time :

20-30 minutes
1 cup

water

2 tbsp

butter

1/2 tsp

salt & peper

1 tsp

oregano

1 tsp

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil in a medium pot.

* Step 2

Add all the ingredients and simmer 20 - 30 minutes.

Place chips and Monterrey Jack cheese in a soup bowl. Add if you would like diced avocado and a few sprigs of cilantro! Enjoy!!
