Curd rice non spicy

Curd rice is a coolant and good for digestion.
It tastes yum with tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves and some chilli. Since this is non spicy I haven’t added tempering
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Add 2 & ½ cups water, and salt to the rice and soft cook it in a cooker.
* Step 3
Fluff up the rice or mash lightly to suit your liking. Cool it completely.
* Step 4
Add beaten curd to cooled rice. Mix well until combined.
* Step 5
Add milk as well and stir.
* Step 6
Decorate with some pomegranate kernels.
* Step 7
Keep in the refrigerator and enjoy cold.
