Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan boil chopped onions and ginger and garlic for 10 min Once they are done grind them and form a paste

* Step 2

Grind tomatoes to form purée

* Step 3

In a pressure cooker take just one spoon oil add zeera to it

* Step 4

Now add turmeric powder in that oil so that it gets cooked well and doesn't give raw taste

* Step 5

Add red chilli powder & coriander powder to it

* Step 6

When masalas are roasted add onion & ginger garlic paste to it and cover for 2-3 min so that everything gets blend nicely

* Step 7

Now add tomato purée to it and stir for a while

* Step 8

Add curd and let it roast and form a thick gravy

* Step 9

Add salt to taste now add soya chaps to this masala and keep stirring for 5-7 minutes

* Step 10

Add 1 glass of water, stir nicely and cover with the lid

* Step 11

Pressure cook it for just two whistles

* Step 12

Open the cooker once it's pressure is released

* Step 13

Garnish with coriander leaves & slit green chillies

* Step 14

Serve hot curry with rotis or paranthas
