Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make dough of maida by adding water and turmeric. add oil and keep it for one hour. dough should be smoother than chapati dough.
* Step 2
Cook chana dal and strain. do not over cook.
* Step 3
Mix coconut, dal, jaggery and cardamom and grind without adding water. this is used for stuffing.
* Step 4
Make balls out of stuffing
* Step 5
Spread small amount of maida place stuffing in middle
* Step 6
Cover stuffing with maida dough.
* Step 7
Press circularly by hand. press gently on a oiled sheet. transfer on tawa.
* Step 8
Cook both sides by adding oil.
