Oats and fruits smoothie

I am inspire by some of food specialists , I am always looking for healthy recipes in social media and newsletters which inspire me a lot for good food and good health Especially in breakfast recipes which are obviously prepared by me and it gives me a proper nutrients to our daily breakfast . #Immunity Oats and fruits smoothie #Immunity

Ingredient

Food ration :

1serving

Cooking time :

5minutes
2 tablespoons

oats powder

1/3 teaspoon

of black salt

1/2 tablespoon

honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First I have taken some oats and grind it like a fine powder and keep aside

* Step 2

Now take a grinder jar put oats powder, add milk powder and grind it

* Step 3

Now add apple and lime juice grind it again.

* Step 4

Add banana pieces and 2 ice cubes,watermelon add black salt and you can use honey with it and grind it again for making a smoothie.

* Step 5

And now delicious smoothie is ready to serve
