Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange all ingredients near cooking side,cut vegetables and wash using water,pick up the leaves from the stem of drumsticks leaves.
* Step 2
Heat the pan put oil to the pan,add chopped red chilli,hing next add brinjal pieces,saute for few minutes then add chopped red pumpkin and also black pepper powder give it a well mix and cover with the lid.
* Step 3
Now add green chilli remove the cover and saute again,it is cooked until vegetables are soft,
* Step 4
Now add drumsticks leaves,keep saute in high flame don't add lid for keeping the green colours, after few minutes slow the flame of the oven,do till all ingredients are nicely cooked,now switch off the flame add grated coconut mix again,and put lid again,
* Step 5
Yummy healthy sajana saag bhaja is ready for serving, spread grated coconut and it is best with rice.
