First take a bowl add refined flour add salt add ghee add cold water add kasuri methi,add ajwan add red chilli powder
* Step 2
Mix well all ingredients make a tight dough cover with the lid keep aside next
* Step 3
Remove the cover Mix again roll it like namkin shape
* Step 4
Fry all in veg oil, crispy tasty Gujarati namkin is ready
