Carrot & Orange Juice

Immune-boosting juice for breakfast.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel carrot & oranges. Chop into small bits. Place all chopped ingredients in a blender with 1 1/2 cups of water (or coconut water). Blend until smooth.

* Step 2

Place a fine strainer over a jug. Pour blended juice, straining the pulp, making sure to extract most of the juice from the pulp. Sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener. Serve immediately.
