Stir-fry Bean Sprouts
A very simple recipe. For kids' reference if at all they need to try cooking this on their own.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
See our basic stir fry ingredients below. Prepare and measure all ingredients. Notes: Bean Sprouts is the quickest to cook. Once added to the wok, season quickly, then you only need to stir to combine the sprouts with sautéed ingredients. Stir a minute or less over high heat. Turn the heat off. Sprinkle some sesame oil. Add sliced chili and chopped spring onion or scallions. Stir and plate it right away. The heat will continue cooking the sprouts.
* Step 2
Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan or a wok. Over medium high, Sauté A until fragrant. Stir in B (bean sprouts and chili). Stir few times, then add C (seasonings). Stir to combine for a minute or less. Turn the heat off. Add sesame oil and chopped spring onion or scallions. Stir before plating. Serve immediately.
